As a non-profit urban strategy consultancy, we’ve been working with local communities, city leaders and partner organisations to co-create a different urban future since 2001. We steward collaborative processes that bring together world class thinking, deep contextual understanding and the hopes and dreams of all stakeholders to define optimal outcomes for places undergoing change. Whatever a place’s scale or stage in its journey, we seek to find solutions that deliver a positive legacy for future generations and: • Enrich people’s lives, capturing their hearts and minds • Enhance social and economic outcomes of communities • Realise a city’s competitive advantage • Differentiate our partner organisations Our founding Chairman, the late Stuart Hornery AO, had an unwavering commitment to creating a more equitable society. He understood that he was part of an industry that shaped the way people live, learn, work and play and he believed it was his duty to create extraordinary places that changed people’s lives. Stuart’s modus operandi was to approach all challenges with optimism, engage with and listen to the needs of people and dare to do what has never been done before.
