Incredibly disappointed with my experience. Receptionist was rude and grumpy from the get go. Didn’t even say hello, just blamed me for being 2 mins late to my appointment. Worst customer service ever. Maybe hire staff who are actually friendly.

Whatever comments here from the customers are true. Savage cannot give accurate and consistent results of their ultrasound. Also, I booked for an MRI at 1pm, told to arrive at 1240pm, but I decided to come early at 11am. A new customer arrived at 12.30pm, was imediately entertained and was booked for a 1.30pm MRI. However, at 1pm, she was called first and I have to represent myself to the receptionist and was told to fill up a checklist and hold on to it and sit. I could have done it the very moment I arrived. I ended up having the MRI close to 2pm. The new customer was very impressed thar she had the MRI right away but this was at my expense.
Friendly and adroit staff. Was seen in a timely fashion with an emergency booking by my GP.
The receptionists and the radiologist were lovely and friendly, I wish I could offer a more positive review. I had called up earlier to book an appointment but was informed to walk right in if I have a referral. After checking in, I waited as other people kept coming in and going. Perhaps it was because I was a walk in that it was taking longer than others. After I had waited an hour, I thought that maybe I had missed my name being called out and asked the receptionist and she informed me that she mistakenly did not check me into the system correctly, so I had waited for an hour for nothing. She was apologetic and shortly afterwards I was able to go in for my xray. I wonder how much longer I would have had to sit there if I had not approached her and asked. However, I understand that everyone makes mistakes, it just unfortunately caused it to become a disappointing experience because it did cause an inconvenience. In the future, I hope they just double check these things, thank you.
I booked an appointment over the phone for 10:30 and was told that it was made for 11:00 after I went! I was told over the phone that a payment of 112 would be required even if I have private health insurance. However, no payment was required at the clinic. Technician is friendly and seem to know what he is doing. Would be better to have more experienced staff answering the phone.
Receptionists are nice and the technician who performed the ultrasound was friendly, considerate and explained what he was doing. Overall, a positive experience.
The receptionists and the radiographer were courteous and the scan was done within a reasonable timeframe. For a walk in scan place with a referral I'd say it was quick. I'm not aware why this place has such a low rating or maybe a lot pompous folks comes here or there has been a change in management practices. Whatever it is it's working and I'm happy to go back there for future scans.
