A fantastic place to work. Personally, I need somewhere that feels like an office and is conducive to a corporate work environment. I've seen co-shared places with the beanbags, colourful walls, web developers walking around in flip flops and an office dog that is perpetually running around from tenant to tenant for pats - No thanks. Corporate House is for tenants who're serious about their business and growth. Awesome location and amenities - I'm 10x more productive when working here. A special shout out to our Office Manager Cristen who is an absolute gem!

Our business has experienced large growth over the past 12 months. A major reason that we have been able to grow at the speed and pace required is down to the team at Corporate House. Having the flexibility to expand our office size and desk levels easily without stress has given us the comfort needed to grow our team without the large expenditure of buying more office furniture, phones and other infrastructure required. We are supported at 757 Ann Street by Ailie. Ailie is now a crucial part of our team that I and my staff rely on daily. She is the bright face of our company when stakeholders come and visit and is always available to ensure that our office is running smoothly. Having leased office space and purchased furniture in the past, I wish I had come across Corporate House years ago. We experience cost savings whilst still have access to High Speed Fibre (we are an internet business) along with a modern office fit out and services. There is also a huge saving of not needing a receptionist to work full time anymore. With Ailie as our main contact supported by 6 other receptionists, all calls and visitors are handled for us without needing to pay 50K for a dedicated receptionist.
I have been based at Corporate House Fortitude Valley for over a year. Upon reflection the team including Cristen Trillo have been great with nothing being an issue. Cristen has always been happy to assist with IT or furniture requirements and always supportive and friendly to guests and clients with her friendly nature and great smile.
When so many people are working from home why would anyone use a serviced office? The answer is because they are brilliant for business. They have prime locations, the meeting rooms are professional and the staff treat your business like their own. This is my second business using Corporate House and I will be with them for many years to come.

I moved into our serviced office at the start of the year and the experience has been great for my company and clients. A special mention to Kristen who works on reception. She is extremely bubbly and accommodating which is a great first impression for my clients coming in to our office.
I was in the fight of my life to find a suitable office but was saved by Corporate House Fortitude Valley! Other offices haunt me but not here - facilities are good and staff are wonderful. Special mention to Edith, Cristen and Caitlin - always helpful and professional.
I have been based at level 7 / 757 Ann street now for just over a year now and everyday i come to work and have the lovely Cristen greeting me. Cristen prides herself on keeping up the great values cooperate house promote.
