The biggest Cashies store in brisbane! A finance department is available for personal loans & they freely give advice for you to qualify! All you need is to link up your bank on line & set up a mygov account through centerlink if your unemployed or a recent payslip! Your mygov account provides your income statement they require! The store is full of electrical equipment at bargain prices! Tv's, mobile phones, computers, musical instruments! Amplifiers, all sorts of tradies tools & kitchen appliances! A salesman is always helpful!

It says open in google map. I travelled 1 hour for nothing.

Service was horrible. The young guy behind the counter has no service skills and couldn't sell something that I was actually intending to buy. Instead talking to the other female employee about me when I had headphones in when I pretend to listen to music. Instead I (and you) should look before rush purchasing as I am willing to spend more for value.

Not too bad as far as Cash Converters go. The girl on the jewellery/watches section is great and really makes a positive difference. The rest is OK but not too exciting.

Normally, I love this store and have dealt with them for many years. Today, I went in to trade a phone and the girl that served me treated me badly. She looked at me in a demeaning way and demanded 100 points of ID, after I had told her that I was a regular seller and buyer there. It wasn't until the head tech guy that I know well came through that I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, I will not be doing business with this store again. it has left a bad taste with me. To those customer service attendees, that I've come to know like family, thankyou for your great service over the years.

Disgusting. Never have I been so poorly treated by a retail store. I spent over 1000 in this store in a 2 year period and recently have found that means nothing and have been treated appallingly. Staff nowadays are disinterested and incompetent. They don't return phone calls when they say they will. When you do get service, the info conveyed is often incorrect, only to find out when you go to pay. Like they're trying to scam you or something. FYI - Don't buy anything with a motor as they don't test them and tradies sell their clapped gear there, so they're broke in a month. Conveniently out of their warranty (If you're lucky enough to get any warranty). This store is Mickey Mouse and if you want something that will last, whatever you do, don't buy it from here!
