Computer died on me and I had a bash at trying to fix it but to no avail. Finally resorted to calling Steve at Sonic Computers. Steve rattled off a whole list of things to check and Voila! The first thing that he suggested was the problem. After a few minutes Steve had me up and running again. Steve is amazingly competent, knowledgeable and patient.

Had a computer I just couldn't update from win 7 to windows 10. Not only did he fix the problem but my computer works better than ever! I was charged well below his actual input of labour and parts, Steve went above and beyond for us to rectify an impossible problem and put in extra time of his own. Following having my desk top repaired I still experienced problems, which apparently were at my end, so looking to have someone come to my home to see what could be done, rand Steve, who unfortunately was unable to help me at that time. However, about 5 minutes later Steve rang me at home and provided advice which helped in ascertaining some of the problems. I also contacted my service provider who eventually sorted things out. My impression of Steve over the phone were positive, helpful and knew his stuff.
