Very blunt staff at this place, got No time for you, I been ringing their phone for 7 days always busy, they need to change their staff, are not happy people working here for some reason. I hope they reply to my email, as I want to cancel my appointment.

I am concerned for people having CT scans for cancer reviews at Mid Coast Diagnostic Imaging. My husband has had 2 reports that have been incorrect. Thankfully our specialists in Sydney have picked up the errors. Please dont use this place as they are obviously incompetent.
I can understand that people are concerned about their health at this time. However the staff here could have a bit more professionalism and empathy towards patients. Maybe ask some questions before making assumptions.
I called 16 times in the space of 1hr Monday and no answer!! Something happened the next day! And they finally answered then got placed on hold for 5mins And when I eventually got an appointment and came in and the young girl behind the desk was so blunt and rude!! And when I sat down she spoke the old man behind me so rudely aswell!!!
Honestly the most frustrating diagnostic centre there is, not reliable for any urgent reporting of results.
