On a working/visiting friends holiday from the Central Coast and came across the studio on the MINDBODY app. So grateful I did and more so I very am grateful for the experience. Pre class communication was great and I appreciated the warm, engaging welcome both upon entering the studio and again when entering the class in which I felt valued as a visitor and not just like some random who was passing through town. Hoping to fit in another class before I head home and will definitely be returning. “Felt the love” Namaste.

what a fabulous experience at Forster Yoga. Mia and her team are amazing, friendly and professional. I went to Laura's class on Wednesday 12th July while up in Forster for a 2 day break from Sydney and it was such a beautiful, uplifting and inspiring yoga session. I wish I lived up there to be part of the Forster Yoga team every day. I will be back! Huge thank you to you all for being so nice and welcoming. Thank you so much for making our weekend extra special and relaxing with the yoga workshop. It turned a well deserved catch up and break into a recharge for the mind, body and spirit. The workshop accommodated a range of experience, ages and injuries beautifully. If only that cooling breeze had have started earlier! We will definitely be back and I am so excited that this can be a regular part of my holidays to such a beautiful part of the world.
