ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The pattern stamper was a perfectionist! Thank-you for triple checking the layout for the form-work, the regular update calls and for doing the job properly! The last contractors which were only slightly cheaper did such a terrible job - leaving footprints in the concrete saying it was too standard (their standard obviously). Incorrect levels, paths which were not straight and many more issues. We had to have it all removed! You do concrete once and you get what you pay for....Panorama Concrete Services were worth every sent! Thank-you so much.

The quote was severely lacking in detail. We've asked questions and been promised a response (but made feel it was a real imposition/how dare you ask questions). We've nudged, nudged again, and been completely ignored. If this is the level of customer service they display whilst trying to win a job, I dread to think how appalling it is after they get their hands on your money. We won't get much change out of 30K for our job... but it won't be from Panorama Concrete Paving. Don't waste your time here! _____________________ In response to the owner: A)\tCheck the sales@ Inbox. If you truly believe your staff respond “quickly and effectively”, the emails they’ve failed to action should be very obvious; they should be few and far between. Do some follow up yourself. B)\tReviews, both here and on several other sites, indicate you’ve had the same negative comments for many years, so your claims about valuing feedback seem very insincere, or the discourtesy and inefficiency would have been rectified a long time ago. C)\tYour copy and paste responses to reviews are full of lame clichés, and offer nothing more than impudent lip service. TIP: Lip service does not equate to good customer service. It’s even more demeaning than being ignored. Perhaps you and your staff should put more effort into actually responding to your customers, then you wouldn’t have to spend time desperately trying to look good on Google.

I am delighted with the imprinted concrete work Panorama did at my house. The men ere friendly, professional, skilful and efficient.
A number of design to choose from , and I went for the Aggregate. Selected a higher grade steel mesh and several coloured pebbles/stones. The final product was a beauty (welcome to view at 13 Mary Avenue, Gilles Plains - corner house). If I build again, I'll hire Panorama Concrete with confidence...may be with further discount ..Ken!
Called to try and arrange a quote for some work, we needed concrete to be removed and re-done however before I could even speak I was told "we dont fix other peoples work". I wasnt even given the opportunity to explain I wanted it removed, not fixed. Horrible experience when all we needed was a helping hand. Customer service needs improving.
