Tried the chicken and waffles that were only available on weekends and we enjoyed it. The chicken can be ordered in different levels of hotness and comes with 4 waffle pieces. You also have the option of getting chicken tenders, drumsticks or wings. Order process was pretty high tech, scan a QR code for the menu and you place you orde and pay for it through the same web site. All contactless in this new COVID age of ours. There were more options on the menu but we can here specifically for the chicken and waffles. Will return to try the other offerings.
Decent feed. I would recommend not going higher than Medium basting in case you dont handle spice well. Mississippi comeback is the perfect sauce to go along with old bay fries as a side. Definitely go drumsticks over wings and tenders. Mac and cheese or coleslaw are better value for money than fries as a side. Helpful staff.
Epic fries, they were super crisp and well seasoned. The chicken, I enjoyed, but honestly it was just all too much greasiness and I didn't feel awesome afterwards. The batter was crispy, and the chicken itself was moist. I had previously tried one of the spicy ones and really disliked the texture of the rub, I did prefer the Southern spice just for that reason though I found it pretty plain. I got an extra blue cheese sauce and it was like blue cheese flavoured water, I ended up tossing it. Don't waste your money on that sauce. Overall, I think this would be better shared, maybe 2 serves between 3. I'd definitely go back and just get some chips too.
We went to the one at Trams Shed. Best waffles I tired and my chicken sandwich was amazing .. service was great the guys were friendly and helpful

Really delicious chicken and chips with some tasty spices and pickles!! Went for the second spiciest level (can’t remember names) and found it wasn’t as spicy as we assumed so next time will go for the top!!
