Thank you girls for your help and wonderful friendliness throughout my experience of buying my Brother machine. No question was too silly or unable to be answered. I am having a great time "playing" on my Dream Machine. Looking forward to future visits to the store.
I have just bought a Brother PE770 embroidery machine. It is a Fantastic sewing machine. I just love it. Had a Janome (what a lemon that was) after sale service was not very good. Have had a good experience with Echidna Sewing. From ordering the machine until delivery was quicker than quoted. As I live in a small town in South Australia I thought Australia Post would be a lot slower. Absolutely tickled pink with the machine.
Although I don't have a Brother sewing machine as yet, have been very impressed with the new machine. Every time I go into the shop at Mooloolaba I always find Michelle to be very helpful and courteous. She is always willing to show you how she is able to use different threads and techniques in different projects. I know that when I am in the market for a new sewing machine I will be coming to Echidna, there after sales service is something that I don't see with my current machine. I am so glad that Echidna decided to set up shop on the Sunshine Coast.
So very helpful with using my embroidery machine, highly recommend them to learn machine embroidery on the Brother machines. Great with technology as well, dealing with embroidery designs from the internet.
I did buy an embroidery machine else where and was not happy with it at all. I started to loose interest in embroidering until I checked out the brother Innov.is VE 2200 and fell in love with it, I am so happy with this embroidery machine, I'm sewing something everyday even before I go to work.
