After leaving a review of one star I received a message from the dealer principle Phil Mance. Asking if I got a callback or not from there salesman when I claimed I didn’t, not sure why someone would go to the effort to write a 1 star review if they received the service. He then said interstate buyers are too hard because of transport issues etc... after I said I can see why you staff don’t call me back , he then proceeded to threaten me and say why don’t you call me Big Man , this was from Phil Mance as addressed in the text message. Not actually wanting to apologise for there bad customer service but just to threaten me and pick a fight. Definitely make sure you read all the one star reviews on this joint before you step foot Or calling this place!

I recently brought this vehicle in the middle or the corona virus lockdown and could not personally inspect the ute as I am from Tasmania. Peter the car salesman sent me many photos / videos and was very honest and trustworthy with his description , had the car detailed and delivered to Devonport, Tasmania. Gave me a refund for floor mats because they wanted to raise the price after order was already made, Just ripping people off. Absolute joke. You should still honour the prices on orders already in place. I'm in the process of dealing with consumer affairs over this situation as I have documented proof. Raising the price of floor mats from 180 to 948 is beyond a joke. I hope the few hundered dollars extra you tried to make off me was worth the fine you'll be receiving as I've been advised from the ACCC. I've already had 3 different excuses from, different part numbers, to low stock and latest one was software update. ALAN MANCE STORE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Really helpful staff. Received a great deal on a new city runabout. Happy with the sales rep and the new car. Room for improvement would be for us to have being able to drive our new car without needing to have the battery replaced.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered some car mats for my Kia Cerato. The drivers mat had a couple of really bad marks on it. I sent the dealership an email with a picture of the marks & never received a response. I then sent them another message which they did respond to. They asked me what the problem was & I sent them another email & I never received a response again after that. I ended up having to spend another 160 on another set of mats. I am going to try & sell this car so really didn't need the extra expense. I think it's disgusting they sell you a defective product & then don't respond back to you. I will never order anything from this dealership ever again.

Hi. Guys I've always been happy with Alan mance service first it was Matt them Mark as service manager I've had nothing but experience with them, I was really hopping after holden they would take on Jeep I've got a jeep it gets serviced by Mark and the boys I've been happy but also I've been coming to Alan mance for 30 plus years my dad's first car was from Alan mance and I've kept going , every work shop has their ups and downs but if you have a problem just talk to Mark it's no good complaining on line but don't tell anyone about it how does anyone fix problems if they don't know about it. There has been a few guys in service that I would never talk to they are hopeless and I've told Mark I hope he does fix that side of it but all round they know how to fix cars, no one is perfect we as him and make mistakes every day we just need to fix what we screw up.

Disappointing business model. Guess I shouldn't have expectations. Wouldn't buy a used or new car from this mob. Westgate Motors have much better cars and deals.
