Absolutely terrible customer service. My partner and I were looking to buy, made an offer on a car which was not accepted, which was fine. 5 days later they had a price drop on the particular car, less than what we offered. No courtesy phone call to see if we were still interested. Made another offer which was again rejected and again that fine, only to see another decrease in price 2 days later. I messaged the employee who we dealt with to question the business management only for him to call and abuse me on the phone for questioning his business methods.

Initially wanted to test drive the new Sorento before getting it but couldn’t wait, clicked on the online enquiry. Anthony was very responsive, replied my emails & sms within a few minutes, showed me some photos of the car. Within 4 days and I have got the car delivered to my home. We went to Alan Mance KIA in West Footscray looking to purchase good, affordable, new car for work. We first met the owner who then assigned us to Ahmed Masihuddin, a Sales Consultant for assistance. Our experience with Ahmed was amazing and memorable. He was patient with us with our choice of selection of cars. He gave us bottles of water and walked us through the cars. He assisted us select the right car with the right features that meets our budget. Ahmed is a humble sales consultant who is willing to amaze and to support his customers to make the right choice of car. I would highly recommend Ahmed for a senior role at Alan Mance KIA. Browsing through the desired car is a tedious job, but not at Alan Mance, Footscray. Eren was a wonderful sales Manager, extremely knowledgeable about the car and its features. He helped us choose the best car when in confusion. He even took us through the process of financing. Buying a car was never so easy and relaxing. We loved the Experience!
