Focus On You is definitely the most amazing studio in the Tweed area. The atmosphere is beautiful, the teachers are great and you can fully relax and let go. I really recommend practicing here.

The best yoga studio on the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast. Caters to all abilities and levels and the most welcoming instructors I’ve met...and I’ve tried at least 5 various studios in the area!! Beautiful boutique studio and great atmosphere- really enjoy my practice at Focus on You!
The energy in this boutique studio is welcoming, relaxing, non judgmental. The variety of instructors, along with the different options of yoga classes are top notch. They welcome beginners to advanced yogi’s, I’ve traveled from Canada, and would highly recommend this studio
Good variety of classes. Especially like the early morning heated Vinyasa classes. Yin classes with Adele are excellent- good way to de-stress after a busy work day.
