Being able to visit the showroom and look at the shutters in a home environment is really helpful before going ahead with the purchase. John who came out to quote was great. Australian Plantation shutters were so easily to work with, we selected the DIY option and the process was so easy to work though with the team giving me multiple calls and emails to assist along the way. The product is of amazing quality and to say the installation was easy is an understatement even with our largest window of 2.4m x 1.8m it just took myself and my father 5 minutes per window to install. I made one mistake on my measurements combined with some changes by our builder and had to have one window shutter adjusted though the team only took 2 weeks to modify at a small fee which is understandable. We could not be happier as they have finished our house off to perfection and being Australian made and owned is even better.
From the moment John arrived to do the quote right through from Hayley and Karly to me picking it up on Friday and installing on Saturday has been fantastic, the girls were very helpful when I rang and asked a few questions and then the installation was quicker and easier than I thought it would be and it looks great (fantastic) couple of photos before and after Would not hesitate in recommending Regards Graham & Sally
Very very satisfied with the shutters. I have installed other dIY shutters and these were by far the easiest I have ever installed. Literally had 6 large shutters in within an hour. Quality is also by far superior to any other DIY shutters I have installed, frames are sturdy and there is no risk of the door fouling on the frame. I can not recommended these shutters enough, and best of all they were very affordable, anybody in the market for plantation shutters should definitely call or visit. The staff were more then helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied

We did have to wait about 4 months however, they got installed today and we couldn't be happier! The quality is excellent and they look amazing. The service has been excellent from start to finish as well. :)
We installed our DIY external shutters on the weekend and could not be happier. From the first phone call, the service and assistance provided by the team was UNBELIEVABLE! It has completely transformed out outdoor space and stopped the blowing wind which meant we couldn't use our patio in bad weather. The price was awesome and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to support local businesses through purchasing quality products. If you are looking for plantation shutters it is worth it!
Our new DIY shutters look absolutely stunning in our new Hampton style home. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, strong and durable with the powder coated aluminium and so quick and easy to install with the shutters being pre-assembled. The pricing was competitive and it is great to be able to support an Australian made product and jobs. A very big thank you to Karly in DIY sales, who was diligent and responsive in helping with quoting for our shutters, including assisting with arranging delivery to us in Brisbane.
