These guys are amazing. It takes a bit of time as they are all busy but don’t judge them. Thank you for looking after me to all members of hospital and to everyone.

Nursing staff are amazing; very helpful and go the extra mile. It's also a nice, clean and comfortable hospital to stay in. Getting food to eat though is incredibly frustrating. Have been on the phone to the kitchen numerous times, only to be told I'm nil by mouth (when I'm not as it's after surgery), or that they don't bring food to level 7 (they do), or because they've mucked up my order, or it's been delivered to the wrong room! I just had meat brought to me when I've made it clear I am vegan. They are very disorganised, and some of them just don't seem to know what they are doing. It's just diabolical. It shouldn't be this hard!

I was recently a patient at St Vincent's Private Hospital. Level 7 plus surgery and ICU. What wonderful caring people. This has been a very tough time for everyone but the staff,the Nurses, doctors. The cleaners and catering services were so kind gentle and caring. Thank you everyone.
