Undefinable wait time. 2.5 hrs later with less than 10 people in the waiting room and still here. Definitely is not Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital. Would hate to be here and be dying quickly.

DON"T GO IF YOU HAVE A BROKEN NOSE - I'm a foriegner with private insurance so I had to pay 500 and wait 4 hours for them to tell me that they can't set a broken nose.

Rude staff instead of attending to my needs wanted to suffocate me with a mask.

Came here yesterday as I have been feeling dizzy, muscle pain/weakness and extreme fatigue. Came in at 7:30 PM. By 10:30 PM. Everyone who had come in after me had been seen. About 8 people after me with different reasons were seen within 1 hour some waiting 20 minutes. So after 3 hours I asked the nurse how much longer it would be for me. She said there's still 5 people ahead of me and it could be one hour could be six hours, they can't really say as every single person has been prioritized above me. I then told her but I have been to numerous hospital in the past for not feeling well and I have never waited 4 hours and 20 minutes to been seen by a doctor. Nor are you guys that busy as everyone is going in straight away and I am basically just being skipped. I ended up going home without being seen. I will not be returning to this emergency department. Alfred Hospital and Royal Melbourne Hospital are at least 50 times busier than this hospital and they don't make you wait 5 hours.

Came here (visitor) and found the staff to be helpful and polite. Patient was looked after well by doctors and nurses, however, I observed that Andrea (Nurse) was not as friendly and appeared to be disgruntled. The way she spoke to visitors and work colleagues shows a lack of professionalism. She really let's the team down.

My first emergency experience in my life and I cannot thank everyone at St. Vincent's Emergency Department enough. Supportive, fast, thorough and wonderful administration, nurses, doctors, radiologists. Thank you!

I went in this morning due to heart pain and a tight chest. All staff were so calm, friendly and helpful. My doctor was very patient and they made sure I had all tests to ensure I would be able to be discharged. Thank you for making a very stressful situation better.
