Hailing from the far northern region of Tigray, the beautiful meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes at Saba’s are served on the famous Injera bread. We will be using only 100% Teff flour for the Injera, just like in Ethiopia. In fact all food served at Saba’s is 100% gluten free the way Ethiopian cuisine is authentically with a celiac safe kitchen.

Great food and vegetarian options as well! The "deconstructed samosa" was different and nice. The veg platters were amazing allowing to try lots of options in one go. Chicken was pretty great too. Definitely worth it!

If you’re looking for delicious, authentic, and hearty Ethiopian food, you won’t be disappointed by Saba’s. On God. Everything was amazing, but the best was the lamb (2nd menu under meat option). They also have very good vegetarian options and lentils. Some things are a bit pricey but generally well-priced. The setting is nice and intimate. It had a very family-like feeling. Only criticism is that the service can be a bit faster. It was very slow.
