On the run boutique was such a great help when helping me find the perfect valedictory dress! Every thing about the dress was exactly what I wanted and I actually found something that fit me perfectly for once. What made the experience with on the run amazing was the customer service as well! Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be returning to the store in the future xx
Always my one stop shop for dresses and formal attire! Olli always has the perfect dress available and has always supplied great and easy service to her clients. I have now purchased multiple dresses off her and hired - I couldn't recommend the store high enough. Great location also being just off the Eastern Freeway! :)
nothing but loveeeeee, i have been coming to this store for about 2 years now and i am honestly such a happy customer every time i come in. The service is amazing and the owner is such a lovely a girl who takes her time in helping everyone find their perfect outfit for their event or celebration. I recommend this store to everyone as they have the perfect variety and styles of dresses. Forever going in to this store coming in and leaving happy 10/10 service!!!!
Absolutely love the whole selection available in store. Very helpful and patient staff.The beautiful young lady was extremely helpful with selecting the perfect gown I needed for my event especially because I was pregnant at the time! I tried on many dresses and she was very patient with me. Excellent service, beautiful selection of gowns, very well priced all in all I had a great experience. Will definitely be useing this service in future.
Very poor service from start to finish. Walked in, the two very disinterested sales staff continued looking at their mobiles at the counter. We were not greeted. As we looked at the dresses, neither offered to assist. I had to ask, "do we just help ourselves?". One girl called out "just try on whatever you want" again without leaving the counter. The dress we wanted only came in small and large. We needed the medium. The girl I asked said she would try to order from the supplier and call me as soon as she found out. That was Saturday and it's now Thursday. After multiple messages I have left on their answering machine and not once having my call returned. I finally got through to the staff member who tells me she had all the info I was waiting on yesterday, but didn't bother to call me. She suggested I get the larger size which did not fit my size 6 daughter. Terrible customer service. Due to your poor service, I went elsewhere. I managed to find the exact dress not far from you. Your loss.
I had an absolutely amazing experience with this boutique! I rented a dress for year 12 Formal and it was everything I wanted and more. The quality was great and the girls were so nice. I will definetly be going back again!
