Sam at Mannys was helpful informative chilled and really helped me to decide exactly what I needed for my set up I explained to him without too much overkill for my budget. Was an absolute pleasure dealing these guys and their shop floor presentation and well ordered set up is just a musicians dream...I have only ever had positive experiences here. And I can vouch for outstanding delivery and online service as well.

Went to the Fitzroy store yesterday Monday 12th April 2021 with my daughter wanting to purchase a digital piano. Didn’t see anyone’s name or hear any names however when we walked in there was a lady on the phone assisting a customer, another male also behind the counter who appeared busy and another younger male who was finishing with a customer. All good all busy. When the phone call ended and the male staff finished assisting his customer that’s when I thought poorly of this store. We were in the store for a good 10 minutes browsing the digital pianos and in that time not one staff member greeted or acknowledged our presence. The male assistant walked past us a good 3-4 times once he was free without any greeting or asking if we needed assistance. So basically I took my business elsewhere. A simple hello and I’ll be with you in a minute is the difference between a happy customer or one who walks out. I’ll never walk into that place again.
A fantastic place for musical instruments and gadgets. They have a wide variety of products. Service to customers is excellent.
Went in today for a browse. Left with a new Gibson haha. The service was really friendly and massive shout for the 2 guys that helped look after me. Good to chat to and more than happy to help me with pricing. Lovely arrangement of gear as well and such a great environment. I didn’t want to leave. Thanks everyone and can’t recommend enough.
