The most beautiful area to lay back and enjoy a variety of baths and cold plunge pools in nature. It was amazing. The staff were also wonderful and very helpful. All amenities were high class and modern. I highly recommend this place.

By far the best thermal pool experience in Australia. Well landscaped into the native area. Beautiful surroundings inside and out. The only disadvantage it is a bit pricey, but it is still quite popular and attracts plenty of visitors. Perhaps it is less crowded usually in the weekdays, but in my experience on public holiday the place was packed. Booking is required if you wish to ensure access. Plenty of parking available.

Arrived at 3:30pm and left at 9pm, would've slept here if I could. Left the hot springs feeling like we just woke up. The Turkish bath and the cold plunges were our highlights. How did we stay so long? Weren't we hungry? Fear not! There's a little cafe that served great pizzas and a nice platter. Both were 20 each and I promise you that it tasted a lot more expensive than that. I can't stress enough how good the food was, it took us by surprise seeing that we were so disappointed with Paringa Estate. I would come here again to have the pizza! Do not leave this place without their pizzas, a quick 20 will do you good and leave you in the right peace of mind. Love, love, love. Highly recommend !!

Had a mid week escape package which included a 45 minute massage by Kerrie-fabulous, caring and highly recommend her. It was raining and being outside in the spas and amongst the ti tree was just perfect! Very happy!! Very relaxed!!

An amazing relaxing place, difference pools have different temperatures, what would be cool would be if they could show the temperature clearly of each one, such as a digital display. Also in need of improving are the places you hang your dressing gowns / towels.. it was raining while we were there, which is fine while you're in the pools but when you go to go to change to a different location you'll find that your items have become wet by the rain. Dry items would be so much more pleasant..

My first experience at the hot springs was an awesome one. The front desk staff were unbelievably warm and kind. The private baths were amazing and intimate (although sometimes the peace is broken by gaggles of hens parties) Highly reccommend the barrel baths. Dinner was incredibly delicious, I had the Ox Cheek and it was the best thing I'd tasted all year. Both the host and waiter who served us had the most incredible customer service I have seen in a while. Currently looking up a package for my next trip here. Keep up the great work!

Booked whole day. So relaxing from the many different type of hot, warm and cold pools available. Loved to have stayed longer. Also, the lunch in the restaurant was of a 5 star quality. Excellent quality and service.

Loved it. Looking forward to going back. Biggest sauna in the southern hemisphere. The Fire and Ice experience was awesome. Staff were great. Set over a huge area. Much bigger than it looks in the images. (Good tracks and wheelchairs available.) Can have an awesome experience without lots of walking, if you prefer. Hamper food was really yummy and the cafe's, too. Good variety.
