As usual-we have everything we expect out of officeworks. They have a nice kids activity space where they can colour and write. One of the do-it-yourself printer was not supporting my USB Drive. They have printed 20 color pages free for me to make it up to me Awesome. Very friendly staff
Very friendly and helpful staff.. always people roaming around asking if they can help.. if they don’t have a certain thing they are willing to order it or point you in the right direction... very helpful with print jobs... yesterday I was having the worst day.. forget my mask on entering the store.. asked one of their check out staff a question... realised I didn’t have mask...told him I was so sorry I didn’t have mask.. I forget it and it was because I was having a bad day etc and he quickly told me it’s fine He has a mask He can give me..he got me the mask.. answered my questions and I went into the store did my shopping and upon exiting he told me... hope your day starts to improve .. when your have a really bad day this means such a lot ️
Great customer service when buying 4k worth of product . Very much less so when you come in to pick it up a couple of days later . \u200d️ . Great that they offer a 30 day change of mind return policy
Just want to say a heartfelt thank you Darren Perry for your generosity to help support us in making this night happen - The Non for profit fundraiser - SMUK Foundation mentoring unique kids . The night was a wonderful success and collectively we raised around 9000 for our charity of choice St Kilda PCYC (Police Community Youth Club )These funds will be directed into programs to help support and mentor youth in The St Duke of Edinburgh Project where kids will participate and be involved in numerous activities to improve skills and communication and will be attending a camp in NZ if successful .
Excellent standard of service from very helpful and friendly staff. Product range and quality all you could ask for. Print services deserve a standout mention, nothing is too much trouble. Always a pleasure to shop there. ( In my many visits, the very few times I've seen a disgruntled customer, it was the customer being unreasonable and at fault).
Non existent service. Stated I would be texted when a few prints were ready. It never happened. When I finally rang after nobody contacted me, no representative answered the phone in any section - regardless of the option selected. The phone either just rang out or disconnected. I gave up after about half an hour of trying and waiting. If a store can't provide any service on a Sunday, then just don't open. I'll drive further now to avoid this store.
I had to buy a new printer because my old one stopped working. I received useful advice from one the employees.
