Helen has provided the most amazing support before and after the birth of my second son. I originally sought her out for lactation support after having so many troubles breastfeeding my first son, and as well as being so valuable in helping me to establish breastfeeding she provided so much more than that. Her knowledge and insight into the postpartum period was such a blessing, she knew exactly what I needed and the best ways to support me and my family both practically and emotionally during the weeks after birth. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Where do I even begin! We met with Helen right from the very beginning of my pregnancy, Helen met with us regularly to care for the health of me and our baby but she did so much more than that, she helped prepare me for one of the biggest days of my life giving birth but also for those early weeks becoming a mum. We did the hypnobirthing course through Helen also, which we loved and I felt it really allowed my husband to get involved which brought us closer as a family. Helen helped guide me through the early postpartum weeks and establish breastfeeding and also helping us learn how to look after our new baby girl. Having Helens help instilled so much confidence in me, she encouraged me to trust my body and my instincts. I could go on and on about how awesome Helen is, thank you Helen!!
