Mr PC is an outstanding service. They are incredibly reliable and go above and beyond to achieve whatever your business requires from an IT perspective. All of the consultants have been helpful, knowledgable and very prompt. I couldn't have asked for a better IT experience. Highly recommend
Extremely poor communication from the team at MrPC IT Solutions. Dropped off my laptop a month ago after I had spilled water on the device. Was told they would call me back to determine if they could fix the motherboard or else at least perform data recovery. After two weeks I heard nothing. So I called them myself and they said they had successfully recovered my data and to drop off my hard drive for data transfer. I dropped off my hard drive and they said they would call me back once it was completed, but expected it to take less than 24 hours. After a week, still no callback, so I had to proactively call them again. They said my hard drive was corrupt and to bring in a new one. I brought in another hard drive and they said the data recovery was corrupt and they still needed to work through that before transferring data onto the hard drive. It’s been another week and still no call back from the team. Overall, poor communication. Would not recommend.
I'd give Luke and his team 6 stars if I could! My computer is as good as new. They went above and beyond with the repair, doing more than originally quoted - but only in work delivered not cost - when they found additional updates that would ultimately help me. Very happy. :)
Well deserved 5 stars, I would give 6/5 as they delivered more than promised. Here's how: The technician explained me clearly how much they can practically do about the heating problem of my laptop, and what to expect. Despite that, he kept me updated about all the efforts put on the laptop, performed thorough testing and applied more fixes based on the results they saw - all with clear communication and no extra charge. And finally delivered a highly reliable overall service.

Sachin you are a genius ! I was in terrible situation when was told by another company (that comes to you) my work Macbook Pro Hard drive crashed ( & may take 7 days to fix). Genie solutions recommended MrPC Advanced IT solutions as they are accredited trustworthy IT professionals. Within 2 hours the hard drive fixed and my work computer with all the confidential data over the last 15 years was retrieved ! PHEW ! I AM SO GRATEFUL MR PC ! You over delivered and enabled me to get back to work. THANKS SO VERY MUCH. SACHIN YOU ARE A IT GENIUS ! TERRIFIC TEAM MR PC !!
Took my computer to these guys as it wouldn’t work and was looking to get a new one . Luke got my computer working and put a new hard drive in. It’s now working better than ever . I was so impressed by the service and honesty , Luke really knows what he is talking about and did a first class job. The price and service was great and I highly recommend MR PC Faifield.
