I had a bit of an accident at my home and it really made a mess in my living area. I’ve called 2 cleaning services but they weren’t able to really clean most of the mess out. The High Power Cleaning crew was able to thoroughly clean everything. My living area looks great and there’s no more foul smell lingering. Thanks again team!

Currently book high power cleaning to Cleans once every eight weeks. Still doing my own cleaner every two weeks in between. It’s working well and allowing me time to work on the things I want. And my home feels great! The teams do a great job. I’d personally like to thank John and Paul who’ve recently come and done an amazing job! Cheerful and professional. All surfaces left shiny and gleaming. Including gently lifting and cleaning appliances. The teams are well supported by training, and a vibrant company culture. I can book online but I can also check in with amazing customer service via e-mail or phone. I book my next clean right after my last as the service has become popular.
Really bad service. Did not clean the carpet stain properly and told me that is permanent mark. Talk to me so rude on the phone. Never use them again.
I called on a Thursday and they were able to book me in on the Monday. They were running late (which happens) and they sent me a courtesy text to let me know, and then sent another text when they were 30 mins away. I found this helpful in sorting out the rest of my day. Very happy with the quality of their work, which was done in a timely manner.

The two people who came to my house last week to do a per-sale clean did a fantastic job. I had saved all the more challenging items for them - e.g. ceiling fans, skirting, Venetian blinds, heating / cooling ducts, light fittings. They were very thorough in their work, and the result was excellent. They were courteous and helpful - even replacing some window screens removed by another trades-person but not replaced. And.... all for a very reasonable price.
Vacating rental unit which had very old, worn and stained carpet. In particular there was staining in the main lounge area including spilled hair dye. Paul was transparent from the first call, explained he would do the best he could but hair dyes can be very difficult stains to remove (& it was on cream carpet). Fantastic result, stains removed & carpet looked better then when we moved in. Paul also showed a deep knowledge of his trade, explaining what he would need to do, taking into account the age and condition of the carpet and how he would need to treat it. Slightly higher in his quote then some others but worth every cent by his workmanship alone. Was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Had my first spring clean recently with Paul & Axle. Was well organized & easy to book. It was a good first clean for a place that hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while. Friendly cleaners who arrived within the time window & were great with my indoor cat. Place felt great afterwards- would recommend & will be having future cleans.
