Everyone I spoke to both in the clinic and over the phone was always patient, considerate and thorough.
I was disgusted in the service I received, very unprofessional and when I emailed the clinic to ask for the doctors name I was referred to another clinic, I was told a different time for my appointment and I was laughed at on the phone from a NURSE/DOCTOR shes lucky I don't recall her name or I would be taking this further with head office of family planning..... don't use this office..... very unprofessional.....
Friendly receptionist and helpful doctors/nurse. Just had to wait long time for appointment.
The nurse was really unprofessional with the way she disclosed private information regarding my girlfriend and I in front of the receptionist and other people around us. It was very uncalled for and was really unexpected especially coming from a registered nurse. Disappointing.
