If you are looking for a human not just a doctor, if you are looking for someone that money is not the first and only thing is thinking about - go to Dr Loretta Rozario. Such a great doctor and personality with a magnificent experience in the field. Dr Loretta and her nice receptionist helped my mother when she had an urgent need to see a doctor to explain to her what diseases she has. Thank you again Dr Loretta and your great receptionists. Dr Rozario really took the time to listen to my concerns and was very reassuring and professional. I'm not sure the name of the receptionist there, but she is more than lovely as well. Unfortunately the two times I've visited I have had to wait an hour for my appointment despite having to book months in advance, but I can understand that being on time is not always achievable. Either way it is well worth the wait.

Amazing Doctor I have to say, very welcoming an makes patients feel comfortable with consultation. First time my mum to book and see her Doctor Rosario was able to give my mum an appointment on the same day for consultation. Excellent customer service even from staff and the Doctor herself. Keep up the good work and don’t let negative comments affect your business.

My mum first appointment was suppose to be on 1.10.19. I got go a phone call on 12.09.19 to be told that her appointment was tomorrow as someone in their system has write that they have called me to move that appointment but no one had call. Then on the day of our first appointment we had to wait for an hour . For the second appointment my mother was sick and called to cancelled and rebook for another month later as the Dr Rozario had no more appointment left this month. On the day 18.11.19, I call to check if my mother appointment is still on as I haven't heard any confirmation phone call to only be told my mother haven't got any appointment booked and if she wanted to book one. I said "NO. How will i know that this wont happen again? I will speak to the GP for another recommendation". This is ridiculous and unprofessional one too many mix up and an apology is not enough for a specialist. I will not be using Dr Rozario again and will be telling the GP to recommend someone else and not to ever recommend this Dr to his patients.

Not sure it’s her or her receptionist. We have to wait at least 1h after coming at the booking time.
