I was looking for a cane or wicker basket for my two small dogs. I found what I was looking for at Cobra Cane. I purchased the dog bed online. The website was easy to navigate so it was easy to buy it online. The customer service was courteous and efficient. My two dogs love their new bed and I’m happy with the quality. I recommend this product and Cobra Cane to all dog lovers and ‘normal’ people!

Recently we had the seat to 40 year old cane rocking chair rebuilt with new Rattan by Cobra Cane in Collingwood. Being 40 years old it is well loved & we are very pleased with the work carried out by Cobra Cane. Living near Philip Island the seat was mailed to & from Cobra Cane with out any problems. I purchased a footstool described as French grey I would call it khaki brown. It does not go with my furniture They refused to give me a refund even though the description was incorrect. They say that is how it comes to them but I feel they have a duty of care to re-name the colour

I am extreme happy with my experience in dealing with Cobra cane staff. I had an extremely neglected cane / wicker lounge suite which needed repairs. It had been outside in harsh weather for many years. Cobra cane restored it to its original glory & I could not be happier with the workmanship & end results. Purchased ratten to weave a chair back. Ratten was poor quality, split and broke so I returned it and bought replacement ratten which had same problem. Some quality strands were mixed in with the mostly substandard strands. Made project unnecessarily tedious and difficult.

Bought the dacron cushion with papasan walnut. Very pleased and satisfied with my purchase . Excellent quality, worth the wait. What usually takes 4- 5 weeks got done in just under 4 weeks. Pleasant staff, knowledgeable about the products who had also helped with my selection of the cushion fabric. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for cane related furniture, fixtures and cushions. Love the cushion. Go for the dacron..its worth it !!! Thank you Stuart and also Jessica for making my life easier with the choices.
