Had a family member recently here and the nurses and staff were excellent and the hospital is very nice inside. If you have to go to a hospital for any reason (hopefully for nothing bad), I recommend this one.

Had our baby here, the hospital staff were excellent across the board (very skilful, knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful). Great facilities, nice peaceful hospital, reasonably good food. We felt very well looked after and the great care and advice has continued even after we went home
Have had 2 children here and cannot fault it. The care is amazing, the staff are knowledgeable, patient and caring. Wish I could give 6 stars.
We had our little son in here, all staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the Paediatric Dr Irene Skiathitis for her help and positive attitude.
If you are assigned Dr Brockett seriously request another doctor. 3 stars as there are Some good people working here.
Couldn’t fault my experience at NWPH. Right from pre-admission through to discharge the staff were excellent - friendly, caring and thorough. The facilities were absolutely spotless too. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing NWPH next time I need hospital care.
Thank you to all the Nurses and hard working Team in Day Surgery. (EVERY ONE REALLY). I had a procedure done yesterday. I couldn't fault the service to myself and other Patients that I had the pleasure to meet during my stay. Seriously you do Wonderful Job and are truly SPECIAL people.
I had surgery at North West Private Hospital on the 9th of July 2020. There were complications during this surgery where I had to have even more emergency surgery the following day. My 2 day stay at North West ended up being 11 days. I could not speak higher of the staff. I needed high care and I was looked after and treated extremely well from all facets within the hospital. A special thanks to Michael, the level 2 manager. The doctors and nurses who cared for me as well as the catering staff and room cleaners were all A1. I highly recommend this hospital. The rooms are new and kept that way. The ancillary staff such as qml blood testers and the physios were all very good. Even the beds are very comfortable and large. Thank you so much for looking after me and my wife so well.
