Service? What service! Collette is an absolute dragon of a person to deal with. She’s abhorrently rude and shes a thief! What kind of business hangs up on a customer? AND What kind of business goes on holiday with NO NOTICE and takes your storage payment anyway?? I needed semen from storage for a breeding and she was ‘away’ And uncontactable with no access to the storage facility. NOT 1 day or 2 days weeks at a time. She can contact me to send invoices but not to advise we couldn’t access a service that was paid for? She charged me for storage of a dog that wasn’t in storage, and when questioned she ADMITS the mistake, and later instead of doing the right thing- CHARGES interest on you account to the same amount and adds 30c to it and demands payment of this. Customers have complained she is rude to them. AVOID at all costs! Shameful BUSINESS. I will be taking legal action for the loss of breedings and let everyone know she FALSELY charged storage and STOLE Payment of it. AVOID AVOID AVOID! ABSOLUTE CROOKS.
