Nice staff, they always seem friendly and you can generally find one pretty quick that's willing to help. The store itself has so much in it it can be a little hard to find what you want especially if you want to get in and out quickly. Prices are reasonable, if an items not on sale you're probably paying a premium for it and could get it cheaper elsewhere. However you should only come to BCF for the sale items. When they have discontinued stock sales they generally seem to have a pallet or 2 of items near the entrance. There's some really good bargains to be found. Parking is accessible enough although the busier this old Masters site gets, this won't likely be the case in the future. It was designed poorly and the exit points are huge bottlenecks when it's busy. Overall I prefer it to Anaconda which is next door. The staff are actually helpful here and it's cheap to refill the gas bottle.

I've always found the staff are friendly and they have given me their genuine opinions on questions I have asked about their products in the past. Bonus... it's on the site of an old "Master's Hardware" so the car park is huge and always easy to get a park. Nobody likes struggling to get a car park, right?
