As always a prompt and great service from Gary and Greg, Gary takes you through the saddle fitting process in a clear way and explains why you require a certain type of saddle, he then measures your horse and brings you a selection of saddles to fit your budget, a good experience for both horse and rider.
Gary was so helpful fitting our saddle, rug and bridle, very customised service and with a smile! Gary went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable (horse & owner) for many happy riding days. He also came out on site to fit our horse and shared a wealth of information from his many years of personal experience with horsemanship. A very pleasant experience.
