If you want to return something here make sure you describe the item as faulty and make the item in some way faulty. Even though they can accept returns for change of mind, their manager Dale or whatever his name is has told everyone who works there to never accept returns unless the item is faulty. Even though if you buy an item on their website there is no issue with change of mind if you send it back.

worst comstomer service ever. A sales assistant with short hair(I didn’t get her name) pretend she couldn’t understand me at all and very RUDE. Simply and coldly answered “ I don’t know what are you talking about” and leave me there. No apologies, service is never delivered.
I have walked around this store a few times and been put off by unwelcoming staff. They aren't particularly rude, but just unhelpful. I prefer the store in Nunawading.
This is regarding the experience with royal doulton outlet at brandsmart nunawading: Scary Asian store staff.. my experience was that I was looking at some items and putting them neatly back on shelf. The Asian staff store assistant was full of steam, storming towards my standing area attempting to rearrange the items, loudly making sure she's seen and her clumsiness nearly tipped over all the glass ware.. (and she said 'for God's sake!') this is seriously horrendous. I went into shock with a loud sigh as the items nearly fell off due to her harsh and erratic behavior. I then walked over to the other area, and she then attempted to FOLLOW my line of path and banging items as she rearranges them closely behind me. This is some serious madness displayed by this Asian lady staff. You were not even busy and there's no point to be so irritated not to mention totally unacceptable behavior by a serving staff or let alone human being for treating others with this display of NASTINESS on your bad day.
