We recently purchased my son’s 1st car through Subaru Essendon. We mainly dealt with Neil Smaller who I highly recommend. Neil is so pleasant to deal with, he was honest, never pushy (which I find in most salespeople which puts me off) and he really looked after us through the whole process. Neil went far and beyond in assisting us, we were so impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. We already recommended family and friends to contact him to purchase a car because is not like some of the sale people you deal with when purchasing a car. I purchased the car during the 2nd lock down of COVID and personally I found that dealing with many companies customer service was not the same but with Subaru Essendon I felt that their customer service was not effective which was so amazing. We had many departments contact us within their organisation ensuring that we had insurance and ensured our transaction was smooth and problem free. Great team work all around. My son was so excited to receive his car. It was so perfect, everything he prayed and asked for. Thank you Neil and the team at Subaru Essendon.
I’ve had quick and professional responses from the service team. They have been able to diagnose issues more accurately than at other mechanics, saving me money. When my car broke down, they fit my car in quickly around their already booked work and helped me with a loan car. I am so grateful for their assistance, very happy to have been going through them.

We’ve been dealing with Daniel who has been absolutely fantastic. He’s a genuine delight to talk to, he’s knowledgeable and he’s eager to help in any way he can. The whole experience of buying a used car was looking like a massive drain until we came across Daniel. He was happy to go back and forth about price and possible finance options. Nothing seemed like a chore for him. He listened to our needs regarding the car and was able to match features to the things we’d mentioned. I could not recommend his service highly enough.
