We recently upgraded from Audi Q7 -\u003e BMW X7 from Essendon BMW and the entire process has been tremendous. Our sales person Polo has been an absolute star to deal with, the entire process has been very smooth and the team are very friendly and explain everything in detailed. Highly recommend Polo for anyone trying to get into BMW family.

I rarely post review online but this is an exception. I like to have a MINI countryman, but didn't decide from which dealer. When I walked in the showroom, Polo talked to me so friendly, explain patiently, help me chose the model and colour. He spent almost 3 hours with me. Because Polo's businesslike attitudes, I made decision to purchase car in Essendon dealer. I would definitely recommend Polo for anyone is interested to be a MINI member. Also Essendon dealer is a friendly place.

Just got my first BMW 218. It was a breeze, the sales person Mathew did a fantastic job kept me posted on each step. Was very flexible with the delivery dates and time. I would strongly recommend him if you are visiting the showroom. The other staffs are very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure.

I decided to buy a BMW X3 from Essendon BMW and the service I received since I step a foot inside the showroom from all the people at Essendon BMW including the girls at the reception all the way to the delivery people and time spent with me was nothing but exceptional. Toby Z you are one of the coolest and best sales person I have seen in the car sales industry in my 20 years of buying cars. Toby Z was cool, patient, soft spoken, no fuss guy and not pushy like the others I have encountered previously. Toby took time to understand my needs and showcased the features of the car including the test drive that I was interested in. He went an extra mile by displaying my daughters name on the car when I went to pick up the car with my daughter on delivery day as a surprise for her. She was ecstatic when she saw her name.
