As one tradesman to another, I appreciate the effort and time spent (outside of business hours) to get my trade ute over the line. Darren recognised the situation I was in. The works completed was of quality and at a fair price. I have some idea of vehicle mechanics and recognised this man as a no fuss true to his word mechanic
Friendly staff, quality service
Living in Perth and looking to purchase a vehicle from Esperance. Just had a mechanical inspection done with Darren and Lindsey. Very comprehensive report and Darren even offered to speak on the phone and go through the vehicle while it was in front of him. Originally thought the process was going to be hard to tee up, ended up being extremely easy and extremely happy with the service from both Lindsey and Darren. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys, appreciate it.
Great service. This has been one of the best mechanic I have ever used. Treated us fairly even so we were backpackers with a bit complicated problem. Very happy with the service and how things turn out. I wish I have a mechanic like that in my town. They also do vehicle inspection if you want to change the plates for WA. Thanks Darren!
Amazing service. Unexpected experience. Went there to check coolant as my car started giving notifications to top up coolant. The lady on the phone was so kind and arranged to have my car checked right away. When I reached she had a mechanic check the car. He looked at the coolant and topped it up for free. I could not believe. Amazing esperance . Recommend them wholeheartedly. Thanks guys. I can enjoy rest of my journey now.
I could not give a zero stars rating, the service is dreadful, the story changed every phone call, they drove around in our car tossing gear everywhere, claimed parts were ordered to repair the car but three days later claimed they never said that and still had not diagnosed the problem. Yet the RAC had found the issues with the scanner 4 days before they towed us to Esperance. As a mechanic workshop owner I was disgusted, and shocked this show is still in business.
These guys are efficient and very professional. Check out the workshop and you can see who you are dealing with. They did both my van and vehicle and did exactly what was needed to ensure that there would be no issues with my ongoing travels. Thanks Darren and the staff, excellent.
