Lovely helpful staff members. I have been twice recently and they have assisted me when I was struggling to get my items to the car. They let my children use their bathroom when they couldn't wait! They also held my dog whilst I was shopping and suggested items that would be useful for my puppy. Really impressive.

I go to Petstock Erina to have my dog groomed. Although you can't ask for a specific groomer I go on the days the particular groomer I like is working and if possible she always clips my dog. Having said this, all the girls there do a good job and everyone is very friendly. And you get Petstock dollar points from the cost of your dog's grooming that you can use towards future purchases.
What an amazing pet store this PETstock is! With all your needs in one place from food for your animal to all your veterinarian needs, you could also get a groom for your pet too! I HIGHLY recommend Puppy pre-school & Puppy school! Trainer Steph is the most paitent, kindest, understanding puppy whisperer I have ever come across. Her knowledge on all things puppy is astounding. PETstock are so privileged to have someone like Steph working for them. I travel especially to Erina for all my pet needs!!
When someone baited our German shepherd, every so-called caring vet in Long Jetty area said they were too busy. The staff at Pet Stock (Sarah?) booked us into the vet at their West Gosford story. When my wife and daughter arrived with Truffles, the staff were waiting outside for them, even though they were extremely busy. They got Truffles into care and performed life-saving surgery later on Monday (18 January 2021). Not only did they save our dog's life, but they didn't care whether or not we were regulars, unlike all 'Others'. Communication from the vet was clear and immediate. We'll never take our pets or buy their food anywhere else.
It is OK. Stock is somewhat different to Petbarn. Staff always looking to help. Lots of keen staff unlike Petbarn where cost-cutting is evident and staff morale is not so good. I prefer Pet O but they are not on the Central Coast.
