Ben at Ifix is a genius. I cannot thank him enough for saving all of my data off my computer that was unfixable and went for a swim. He did it so fast and gave incredible advice for future backup options etc. would highly recommend if anyone is needing help with a phone or computer, you won’t go wrong here

Ben has helped me keep my electronic devices working well for the last 2 years. In 2019 he efficiently and cheaply replaced a cracked screen on my Galaxy S5 phone, convincing me the phone was worth keeping, which was welcome news. I'm old. Like, nearly 70, and in all the times Ben has helped me he's been very respectful of my limited knowledge, patient with his explanations, and generous with his time. Last year I booked a one-hour appointment at his shop so he could show me how to get started with my new Lenovo Yoga laptop. I'd never used a laptop before and it was a really useful session. Then last week I booked another hour so he could set up my new Google Pixel 5 phone, and show me how to get started. This included going out on the street and connecting the phone's Bluetooth to my car! His fees are very reasonable and he's given me the confidence to Google-search problems for myself. We're lucky to have Ben and his IFix shop on the Central Coast. He beats asking the grandchildren for help!

Quick and quality result. Was amazed with how Ben went above and beyond to help me out when others had just tried to take my money without explaining what I was actually spending my money on. He was honest and wasn’t trying to upsale me or pressure me into buying. Fast turn around and now my phone is in immaculate condition again and far better price than what I was quoted elsewhere.
