Received a text message reminding me to e-mail back forms before my appointment and exactly 11 minutes later receive another text advising me my appointment has been canceled because they had not received the forms. And now there is a notice to say books are closed until April and I have already waited a long time for this appointment. Absolutely disgusting.

Waited months for this appointment, sent through paperwork as advised only to be quite rudely told at time of interview custody paperwork was required which had been sent through beforehand after the manager declining to ring birth mother to clarify and then saying to re schedule due to my Autistic son being unsettled and not sitting still... Appalled and Disgusted at best of this service.

Really disappointed have been on a waiting list for over four months with another two months till appointment, to receive an email stating they have closed their books and cancelled the appointment, absolutely disgusted that they didn’t even have the decency to call and discuss

I am so very lucky to have found such a wonderful immunologist and clinic. Prof Reeves gave me my life back and I am incredibly grateful. He is very thorough and really listens to what you need. The reception staff are warm, caring and respectful. When I told them my treatment was working, the nurse wrapped her arms around me and gave me a big hug. Everyone there is a delight to deal with and they clearly love their jobs. The new offices are VERY nice. It feels like you are walking into a day spa :)

I have found it extremely difficult to reach this clinic to talk with support staff. As a time poor parent I find this extremely frustrating. There are limited opening hours, no message bank service on the phone and the mobile number I have just written down is unattended during the published opening hours. The voice mail to this mobile also advised me not to leave a message. Because I haven't been able to reach the team to discuss my appointment I have just received an automatic notification to say it has been cancelled. Covid or non-covid times, I believe this is not acceptable.

From the time of my first contact with Coastal Immunology about 18 months ago, I have been met with impeccable and quality care. Jess and the girls are always happy and willing to go the extra mile with a smile. It is my belief this is testament to the great doctor they work with, Glenn Reeves. I can not thank Glenn enough for his gentle and quality care! Glenn always spends as long as is needed with his patients, he takes the time to truly listen and understand his patients and their health concerns. Nothing is ever too much effort. I highly recommend Glenn & his team! Thank you all :)

What they have all done my son is life changing and the care that they have taken in his treatment is above and beyond. My 15 year old daughter is a patient of Prof Glenn Reeves. The staff are kind and professional especially Jess the receptionist, who was our first contact when we needed an appointment. She went above and beyond to assist us, listening to what we needed and responding appropriately. She couldn’t do enough to help us. I felt that we could ask her anything. The other ladies at the practice were also lovely and welcoming. Professor Reeves is such a kind man and incredibly clever. I am a nurse and have seen many doctors in action during my career. Prof Reeves takes the time to listen to all our queries and concerns and has a beautiful manner. I work with a some nurses who are also patients of Prof Reeves and they agree he is the best in his field. I highly recommend Coastal Immunology.
