Staff are always super helpful and really know their staff. Great selection of snow equipment equipment including boards, gloves, beanies, pants, jackets thermals. They also sell some sweet surfing gear. Great location on the main road at Erina, very easy to access.

Terrible customer service policy. They only have 1 quality ski brand for their outer wear, Spyder and a very limited selection at that! Not a reputable business offering no returns. Just go down the road to ESS or online for any ski gear. Cheaper, more selection, can exchange or return

Absolutely worth the drive to Erina amazing customer service, Dave hooked me up with everything the fam and I need for our snow trip looked after us with price, patient with the kids, and even carried the bags to my car for me Thankyou it was a great shopping experience

Have never left a review for a business before but received such great service here that I had to make a first! The staff were more than happy to constantly run back and forth while I kept trying on different snowboard boots. Very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions for boots, jackets, pants, goggles etc. Will be back soon! Cheers!
