This is a fantastic place to visit - great for the whole family. It is situated in the actual old pottery with all the old kilns still in place. You can find out about the pottery making process and see all the old equipment. Children can engage in a hands-on activity using clay. Apart from learning about pottery making you can also make a purchase from their range of useful and decorative pieces. A number of local potters also exhibit and offer for sale their wares.

Bendigo Pottery is undoubtedly a national treasure. The way this historical building has survived for nearly 163 years is remarkable. Liked the interactive museum experience and the display of the ceramics. I think more work it needed for the preservation and restoration of this site. It should be the hub for creative endeavours involving clay.

An interested location filled with local retailers and history of over 150 years. Unfortunately went we visited we couldn't do the optional pottery lessons. However, we had a great time and I would recommend visiting should you go to Bendigo. Make sure you ring through to make the booking for the optional pottery session. The glassware store is a must visit and the antiques shop has a lot of interesting items of all kind.

Lovely to see how the factory started. Lots of beautiful pottery to purchase. Activities offered such as potting and painting. Lovely Devonshire tea to finish off our afternoon. Staff are very nice, informative and friendly. Excellent experience

Such a wonderful place to visit. It's the oldest pottery making business in Australia. There's wine tasting, metal making business and glass making business also. Lots to see and do. You can also have a meal and drinks there also.

Well I'd have to say a little boring. Museum was well appointed but not that intriguing. Pottery design needs some modern flair.
