Best Telstra store! So glad I can speak with a real person who could solve my problems and offer be the best plan and did it quickly. Unassuming store front but great service. I have been to Macquarie centre and castle hill. No one cares in those shops and latest Telstra phone assistance is none existent. Almost gave up with Telstra if it wasn't for this store.

The staff there is very helpful and really solved my problem. I tried to sign up with Telstra online. Got very confused with the plan. I went to the store, the guy there explained the details in a very simple way and helped me to sign up the plan that works for me.

I went in store as my telstra account was messy and hard to understand, i was being overcharged on my mobile and my home internet. the guys put my onto new plans that wont charge me extra and fixed my entire account. couldn't recommend them highly enough
