I contacted Frank to supply a quote for my new home during COVID19. I was concerned with onsite quoting without me being there but he fully understood what I need and delivered way beyond my expectations. Called Frank and he was super prompt in communicating, organising a day to measure the fly screens and a sliding door. He didn't pressure me in choosing his team to complete the work like some of the other people I'd gotten a quote from. He then booked me in once i was happy to go ahead with the job. On the day they came to install it, it was quick, easy, simple, no noises and amazing. It was complete in less than 10 minutes for my whole house. They even taught me how clean the fly screens and remove it the windows frames. I would 100% recommend the services.
Despite the lifetime warranty on the security door lock, the lock is a piece of junk. There a tongue-like part that keeps getting out the lock assembly which stands in the way in doors movement to close. This doesn't happen all the time but most of the time. We paid 620 on the security door plus 30 on what Frank claimed to be a damaged closer due to misuse. When we move the lock handle to open the door, the tongue comes out and stops the door from closing. Now we are stuck with a lifetime problem. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is me who left the negative feedback on Google. The reasons I made this negative feedback are: 1- The last time we contracted you in relation to the security door, you sent us an employee with a rotten attitude who made us feel that it is all our fault that there is problem with the security door. He did install a raiser on the security door frame which fixed the problem at the time. But he failed to adjust the stopper 2- As I mentioned, the problem doesn't happen all the time but most of the time. So, if you came or sent someone on your behalf the problem may not happen at that time... We will end up having to pay you for a visit charge. Anyhow, I expected you to act in a different way than the way you did in your reply which reflected a negative attitude towards customers complaints. A customer complaint or a negative feedback is not an excuse for the decline to satisfy your contractual obligations to provide warranty on the goods or services he/she was provided. I expected you to make your business look professional and state that you will be willing to diagnose the lock problem and replace it under warranty if necessary. If you did that, you would have made me look bad and I would have edited my negative feedback to a positive 5 stars feedback.
Frank and his team made us feel like a priority when it came to installing flyscreens and sliding doors at our new place. He was professional and advised us of everything that we would be looking at, was thorough in quoting, and installed with no hassles. We are thrilled with what we have.
I called Frank who was prompt in coming to measure up our security door and supply us with a quote. His price was very competitive and an order was placed. The door has now been fitted and we are very happy with the service provided and the final result. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone.
