I have referred the matter to the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, as there is no obvious complaints process on the BINGO BONANZA website.

Always have fun coming here. Love the cafe and their food. Meals are a decent size for a very reasonable price. Staff always friendly despite how busy it can get

Most professional and organised bingo centre. Tom has a warmth about him that lights up the bingo centre . His wife is another warm energy .. 2 beautiful warm energies bonded together.. Very nice venue .. Food is always beautiful there.. Love the atmosphere .. Very warm ..
Had great fun even though no win but atmosphere friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious especially desserts. Will be back
