When selecting an engineer look at the total costs, you require site visits and aftersales service. No after sales service with this company including expensive site visits, I was hung up on when I suggested his rates were excessive, not before telling me not to ring again. I believe 400 is alot for a 15 minute site visit. Am I wrong.

I had Leo carry out a structural inspection on my house before I purchased it and he was able to identify a number of defects which we had missed. We had the seller fix these before we settled and thankfully so as it cost them 3,000 to fix everything up.
