I called around at 9.40 in the morning to ask about tax return. John asked me to go to the office at 12. He totally forgot about it when i called after i got there, and asked me on phone what the price he offered me on phone earlier. why does it matter if u cant even remember the appointment. i read what john replied me in this comment. when u asked me to go at 12, i said very clearly that i will go at 12 and i even rescheduled my online classes right after. i didnt compare any prices before and tried to arrive 10mins earlier. only to find out u didnt lock down the appointment. waste of my time.
