Room was grotty and needed spare pillows ( they were to soft ) didn't get them or the towels we asked for also had to ask for extra blanket, right next to railway line when train goes past you can feel the building shake which has cause the building to crack ( as shown in pic ) ...

It was so easy to book. Staff could not be more helpful and made our special celebrations here very special. Very clean and roomy. We will be back.

Immaculately clean. Helpful pleasant staff. Room ready with air conditioner on within 10mins of booking. Great price. Secure parking. I booked on booking.com and received a free upgrade from a queen to a studio room. My room had a queen bed, cupboard, full length mirror, iron & board, hair dryer, shelves & hanging space, good size table and chairs, large screen that can be adjusted, modern clean bathroom and a complete kitchen!! A stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery, knives, utensils, saucepan, strainer, cloth, large fridge/freezer etc.! They have thought of everything. (Except water bottles) near train station but amazingly quiet spot. My room also had a small balcony with table & chairs. I loved my stay here, certainly be coming again and probably enquire on the weekly or monthly rates.

This is our third stay at value suites, twice we have had a studio but with the little guy going to bed at 6ish,this time we ordered a one bedroom suite. When we arrived we were greeted by the lady at the desk who was wearing a mask (good to see), she told us that due to an overbook on the long weekend we had been upgraded to a two bedroom suite! Awesome. The rooms were great in size and we had plenty of room to set up our portacot in one of the rooms while we slept in the other. The free WiFi was fast (I got 50mb/s) which is unusual for a hotel. Beds were soft but comfy enough and the rooms are quiet. Even with the trains going by we have never heard them. The curtains in the bedroom were thick and kept the light out. The negatives were that in our bedroom because there were no windows, there was a skylight which looked like it had a shade but we had no way to access it. This just meant that if we were blessed by the baby sleep gods and we were granted a sleep in, we wouldn't of been able to due to the morning light. Speaking of light there was no lamp in the living area. This meant we had to have the two main big bright lights on or no light at all. Seemed silly. Our main issue was the floor. Normally we might not notice this but with a baby crawling around, his hands and knees were black. There were crumbs and bits of... I dunno, all over the carpet and I ended up using the sponge from the sink to clean the tiles (came out black). During a pandemic you would think the cleaning would be upped a little. All round though, great place, great price, just need to clean the floors a little better. 4/5

Excellent value for money! Basic but modern, always meticulously clean with all the essentials required. By far, the best value for money you'll find within Penrith.
