Gr8 beach good place to swim some days multicultural some days not so much elderly people kids familys good place for a dip in the ocean... great view of the sunset lots of different youth... Ice Cream man is pretty good has kyton springs. Can stroll to a cafe nearby and get and cheeper ice cream or meal most people look out for eachother and are friendly depending on seasonal adjustments and work family comitments taste in friends and Elwood is pocked away nearby with gr8 community and restaurants 15 30 mins walk away... frisbe soccer some days have seen people parichute down and jet skis mostly people will do there own thing on some days people talk together and have conversations about all sorts of things bbq equitment on coins... an opening for a new restaurant for people to gather as u enter... can rollerblade ride bikes skate or just hang out and get some rays... a gr8 place safe space to hang out where people women men fathers mothers and respected elders all can catch up with family work rest and play together and just spend time listening to music or quiet time with no awkward silences...
