The nice lady in the shop who assisted us was very patient, friendly and helpful. We didn't know much about painting and she gave us very useful advices. In the end she also offered stirring sticks and can opener for free. Thank you.

Went in for the first time to this store a couple of days ago.. guys were pretty friendly & one was quite helpful. A water based gloss was recommended to my friend & it did NOT dissapoint. I was a bit skeptical about water based gloss, but I am really impressed with the product & happy with the recommendation. The only thing that was a tiny issue was one of the drums of paint may not have been mixed enough.. (15Litre dulux low sheen) around half an hour after purchase, I was looking at dark swirls from the tint when I opened the drum.. the other two were fine tho.. no biggy! Staff are really laid back & store is spacious with a big inventory.
I needed some paint supplies during the Covid restrictions and the team at Inspirations were fabulous. Provided advise and took my order over the phone and had everything ready for me to collect within 5 minutes. They provided me with a very valuable service.

Excellent customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure the colour of wood stain I selected was going to be the closest to the colour I needed. They also keep your paint selections on file for future reference which I love. They always offer to carry things to the car for you which can be helpful.
