I've attended this centre four times now, for massage, readings, a workshop and meditation. All the people here, including the lady at the reception are all very professional and have a very high standard of work - and (this is rare when visiting these centre's) are appropriately qualified for their respective modalities. I would definitely recommend this as a great 'alternative' option!

This centre provides a welcoming and nurturing space to step away from the day-to-day. The meditation classes run by Damyanti are unique and healing andI always come away feeling uplifted.
I have lower back pain and I've patiently explained my needs to three masseurs in the past, only to be given a stock treatment which was ineffective. I went to ENHC for deep tissue, and David actually listened to me and sorted me out. I've been back monthly four times with David, and at the end of each month the pain has been progressively eased. I'm virtually pain free for the first time in years!
Lovely ambience, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended if you want to feel revitalised and energised. Will definitely be returning as regular client :)
I would like to recommend this centre to anyone thinking about having any healing/energy work done as I found the two sessions I have had there, in Kinesiology and Lomi Lomi massage, were both great. They seem to offer a wide variety of modalities too. The place has a nice welcoming feel to it, and I preferred this place to other's I have been to in the Eltham area. I don't usually write recommendations guys but felt I should with this place :)
