Way overdue recommendation. It's been 5 years since the inspection was performed, lived in the house for that amount of time thereafter. Happy to report, EVERYTHING that was mentioned in the report was spot on and nothing was missed. Any advise or suggestion was looked into as required. Wouldn't look at another home without first asking for an inspection from these people! Definitely RECOMMENDED!

We had Brett inspect two properties for us. The second one is our new family home. The reports he gave us were extremely thorough and tailored to our property. I had seen reports from other companies that seemed to be cut and pasted from old reports. As insightful as his report was, it was the phone call after which really stood out for us. He was able to brake down the clinical aspects of the report into terms which we could both understand and offer his personal opinion on the property. A wonderful experience.
